ABOUT HAND AND WRIST PROTECTION

Taking care of and preventing rips is a daily struggle for gymnasts of all ages and abilities, and without the right protection and treatment those rips can quickly draw your training, performance preparation or competition winning streak to a halt. Whilst it is advisable not to use moisturising cream - this softens the hands making rips more likely to occur - our specially developed hand cream for gymnasts is a great investment and preventative care option.

Our range of hand creams for gymnasts give you the opportunity to find the right balance of products to effectively and efficiently prevent rips. Your chosen product shouldn’t be too moist but should prevent palms from getting too dry and cracked. Our hand creams for gymnasts have the ingredients to keep hands moist without making them overly soft.

While rips are a regular occurrence for all gymnasts, it is important to remember that you don’t have to suffer in silence. Use our hand cream for gymnasts after every practice session, and apply to the hands and wrists before you go to bed and when you get up each morning.
