The application of cold relieves pain, reduces bleeding and delays any inflammation. It is also useful in reducing swelling, usually in conjunction with compression, and assists clinicians in the rehabilitation process.

Suitable for sports injuries, burns and other conditions where application of cold is required. Easy to use alternative to ice.
Instructions for use:
Locate the water bubble inside the bag, using fingers and thumbs. Squeeze until the bubble bursts. This will activate the ice pack.
