Every purchase is covered by our 12 months guarantee and 24 months for Tumbl Trak products where specified by the manufacturers warranty. It covers you against failure or defect from either manufacturing or material faults.
If an item fails due to manufacturing or material faults within 12 months of purchase or 24 months for Tumbl Trak products where specified by the manufacturers warranty, we will either refund or replace it.
As you would expect, your cover excludes normal wear and tear, failure caused by misuse, alterations, improper care of product, or if the product is not used for its recommended purpose.

For new goods being returned, please ensure the items remain unmarked, tags attached, not chalked and with original product packaging.
In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us first before returning anything so we can confirm proof of purchase and provide support.
Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and does not affect your statutory rights.
If you need to change a size or item type, no need to worry or even phone us unless you need some advice, simply follow the instructions at the bottom.
Items need to be in resaleable condition, within 90 days and we will be happy to send you another size, an exchange or refund the value of the goods.
To be eligible for a refund the goods may be opened but must be unused in new condition. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us. If returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition the refund will not be available.
Please remember to enclose your details with the goods and reason for return.
We usually post replacements to you free.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Postage and packing charges are direct costs and cannot be refunded. The postage will be deducted from the refund, if the order amount is no longer eligible for free delivery. It is a good idea to obtain a "freeproof of postage" or signed for delivery if returning an item, in case it gets lost in the post.
How long do I have to Return or Exchange an item from Tumbl Trak?
You have 14 days from the time you received the item to return it or 30 days from the time you received the item to exchange it. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping and original shipping charges will be deducted from the original invoice total.
IMPORTANT: Returned items are at your risk should they become lost on their journey back to us, so please return signed for or tracked.
